Why do I constantly have dreams about people dying?


doesn't matter do/think before fall asleep, have extremely vivid dreams people dying! i've tried changing music listen while sleeping , not listening music @ , dreams still come! reoccurring aren't. try thinking totally happy thoughts or let mind wander before drift off...the dreams still happen. people dying friends or family while others people have never seen before.

please help???
