I have "runner's knee" and it won't go away?


if didn't go sports doctor, didn't diagnose correctly. it's far more have iliotibial (it) band syndrome runner's knee. pain manifests @ knee it's caused elsewhere. you'd need provide more information running background, pain *exactly* , doctor has doing better answer.

i've gone doctor , gave me @ home physical therapy stretches. i've done them , still won't go away. :(
