How do I get my brother to relax?


brother adopted great grandma , met couple times growing up. we're adults , we've reconnected. has 2 kids, 8 , 5. whenever brings them house he's yelling @ these kids.. things "hey, don't touch that!" "don't drink hot cocoa spoon!" seems up-tight , he's worried if kids mis-behave won't want on here.. couldn't further truth!

house too, (as in we're family, don't live here) can run around , @ things don't care.. can make mess, it's fine me. i'm used taking care of kids.

last time on told him can calm down , it's fine wouldn't off backs.. @ 1 point watching movie , yelling @ them standing up.. if don't want watch movie that's fine me..

he's not them @ home... how him chill out , let kids have fun? don't want contradict things yells @ them for, because should listen dad, @ same time, he's being way on top
