How to be successful without great academics & higher degree?


32 year old indian female living in india. academics not great. scored 65% in10th & 12th (high school) , less 50% in b.com & m.com. , doing distance learning mba has no value doing sake of getting degree. no time & money pursue full time mba have family responsibility on head , has job. don't have great experience. lots of gap in career because of marriage. serious career , nothing can stop me. have worked @ mid-level cadre bpo, marketing executive, admin assistant etc... want reach high level cadre manager, director or ceo time turn 45. how possible? companies consider academics positions do... don't want work @ mid-level whole life... pls suggest me should , how shape career
