Are all those online visa sites for Vietnamese visas legit or do you have to get it at the embassy beforehand?


i'm irish passport holder. vietnamese website in uk (there's none in ireland) says:

"we not recommend visa-on-arrival , online visa. these types of visa issued un-recognised websites no connections embassy. cannot verify validity of such visa , cannot provide assistances travelers in case refused entry while using these types of visa."

sites see offering visa $20 or whatever can pick @ airport on arrival, how work? thanks.
