How many hours a day should a plumber spend with his bookeeper?


husband hired non construction educated bookeeper. @ first few 5 hour days getting setup. been 6 months now, calls first thing @ 730 am. meets @ office, throughtout day spends 3 hours. shouldnt working or necessary. call each other 5x day , texts things like, can u talk? write no, if im around call him on says friends, gets him., payroll, , every job reason has there help. normal plumber have input every job/ material?

i've started collecting vinyl records. have 40 right asked more christmas. want shelf or can put them on.
