On ebay, negative comments with positive fb removed?


if leaves positive feedback, says in comments "scam artist, rip off" can have fb removed ebay because of conflict of interests. comments not reflect feedback. ok, easy understand.

now, not supposed able tell buyers leave how many star feedback in categories. not true! if low volume seller, it's pretty easy tell buyers dinged star categories. have perfect shipping cost stars, 100%, 5.0 out of 5.0. next day, 1 person leaves feedback , shipping cost star drops 4.9 out of 5.0. however, in comments, person says "great seller, fast & cheap shipping". maybe gave 4 stars instead of 5 s&h cost, still negative far ebay concerned. if can positively identify said did not match feedback left, have fb removed? wouldn't same conflict of interests?
