RES turtle advice! --Please help!?


turtle, darin, female, she's 5 inches.

has ten gallon tank (adviced seller @ pet shop), filter in it, submersible heater, , floating dock. of stuff organized suctions tank has plenty of room chill.

first off, such picky eater. won't eat of floating stick turtle food, though cut in half. eat mixed in shrimp pellets. so, went store , bought container of shrimp pellets, , hasn't been eating that. i've spent lot of money on tank, turtle , food. advice there? tomorrow i'm planning on putting greens in tank, see she'll pick @ it. else need try?

secondly, there's mold/midew growing on tank. woke morning , smelled dirty turtle in room. i've had turtle 8 days, grew fast. i'm planning on doing tomorrow putting turtle in carry-home container , scrubbing tank out , reputting together. have plants in container, , haven't sprouted there's mold/mildew on it. sprout? , what's way avoid mildew/mold in res turtle tank?
