Are integrated GPUs bad for gaming?


i'm trying build computer, , i'm having lot of trouble deciding on processor/graphics card get.

after doing surfing on web, came across processor: http://www.newegg.com/product/product.as...

basic knowledge on computers, , reading specifications, amd radeon hd 7660d integrated gpu seems great gaming! want run games skyrim, dragon age, etc decent fps; however, i've heard lot integrated gpus being bad gaming. suggest should dedicated graphics card.

if tech-savvy me out, need know how integrated gpu can perform alone without graphics card. should choose cheaper processor cpu , buy decent graphics card? please let me know!
