Will this improve my soccer game?


juggle 2 mins

toe-touches: touch top of ball foot, hopping, change feet each time. (50times)
toe touches forward/ackwards( 50 times)

happy feet: hit ball side side when in between feet. try without looking. 40 day.

scissors: make circle around ball both feet or 1 foot. 25 each foot.

rolling: roll ball every day 20 times both feet. these feeling ball.

inside outside- hit ball inside of foot make quick cut outside.(10 times)

outside inside- opposite of inside outside.(10 times)

step over- step on ball both feet. 25 times day. helps going on ball without touching it.

moves: spend @ least5-10 minutes practicing moves. (rainbow,maradona, etc..
