How to not be disappointed about not getting presents?


since year has been rough on family financially, , i've been involved in lot of extracurricular activities have been money black hole, i've asked parents not me christmas present year. still 1 sister open family on christmas day , 2 extended family when go aunt , uncle's house tomorrow, can't selfishly feel bit disappointed, though know not getting 1 right thing do. question is, how not disappointed , enjoy christmas?
