hi, i'm 18 , have terrible terrible posture. have been envious of people or have done ballet have amazing posture! know have start ballet young , uncoordinated unfit , not supple @ still benificial in anyway ever posture, if actual dancing terribe start ballet now? or impossible me follow , complete , utter waste of time?
