Why isn't my baby leopard gecko pooping?


got new baby leopard gecko 4 days ago , hasn't pooped since. pooped on way home , that's it. has eaten 3-6 crickets every night. have paper towels on bottom of cage. i've been dusting crickets calcium powder. has fresh, clean water. moist hide, hide on top of heat pad, , cold hide. active , seems healthy , happy, i'm concerned because hasn't pooped. what's wrong? stressed? won't eat mealworms. how can find out kind of leopard gecko have? when can tell gender? holes behind front legs (armpits)?
