Ipad mini or ipod touch 5th gen?


i'm thinking getting 32gb ipod touch 5th gen (£250) or 16gb ipad mini (£270). got 8gb ipod touch 4th gen on 2 years ago few months after came out , family has 1st gen ipad, hardly use. love ipod ive used memory , slow now. because theres no memory left (i dont want delete apps ot music make room) cant use camera haha! anyway, im not sure better - ipad mini or 5th gen ipod touch. id able save myself. opinions on whats bettet great :)
