own local deli in ny. friend suggested buy gift cards customers 10% discount , sell them other people discount. example, if comes deli 100$ ***** sporting goods gift card dont want, pay them 90$ cash. person walks store , wants buy ***** sporting gift card, sell person gift card 95$ cash wins. thinking of doing because know many people receive gift cards holidays never use. wondering if did illegal?

i've started collecting vinyl records. have 40 right asked more christmas. want shelf or can put them on.
