What is wrong with my crested gecko?


have noticed crestie (male, 1 1/2 years old) has become lethargic, doesnt eat diet (i feed him pre mixed powder , water). mist him 2 times daily. room has been coldest in house, issue? dont know if happen because of low temps. looks skinny, , checked mouth , couldnt see calcium sacs.
