if answer well, knowledgeable , willing work, best answer rate , points boosted. become more prestiged <----(spell check won't fix word, winging it) member of community. if give dumb answers, lose credibility , people take less merit responses. additionally, have less points , have less benefits come points. and, if exceptionally devoted or have great ideas can 'score rich' , best of answers, , boatloads of points.

should take best answers , redistribute them? same points?
