Fake Fed-ex email or real?


got email priority mail postal service <support_883@madison.com> on christmas day , found in spam box. attachment i'm being asked download zip file , i'm not sure if contains virus or not. don't know why in spam box in first place. tried enter tracking number on fed-ex website came no results. fed-ex hasn't stopped house drop off , have left note. should ignore or open it?
