My m4 airsoft gun has a 450 fps with 12 gram bbs, so what difference would 20 gram bbs make?

20 grams increase distance, , fps out of barrel drop fps 10 feet away same , here's why: 12 grams light air can slow down. 20 grams pierce through air easier , go far, , fast.

450 fps gun 12 gram should 375-400 fps 20 gram out of barrel, again go same speed after 10 feet. being 390 fps 20 gram bbs, recommend 23 gram bbs, perfect balance between accuracy , distance. 25 gram much, , 20 gram won't accurate, if murdered gun 12 gram. 23 gram, can save ammo, dominate field, , save money. can use more hop 23 gram, 20 gram , 23 gram end going same distance.
