Newspapers: the end of an Era?

talked paperboy morning (not boy, old man driving pickup truck) informed me paper no longer printed in cincinnati in columbus. they'll load them on truck (hello! winter driving conditions!) , send them 100 miles south cincinnati. how stupid this?
company of course wants read newspaper online. more efficient.
don't read it, "newspaper" feeds off smartypants phone.
