have uncle in jail in nc. while there found out has cancer. receiving pain meds until able cancer treatment. doctor allowed contact sister inform of updates or ask questions. gave aunt number call if has questions. uncle informed aunt running out of medication , needs money. when called more info nurse told everytime calls $10 taking $$. every1 keeps sending $$. told aunt doing fine may not have long live due severity of cancer. question if homeless drug addict gets arrested, sentenced 2 2yrs, suppose 2 receive free health care?
