How can i hide a scare, when going swimming?


in accident left scare of upper thigh. it's not bad, , 3" 3" inches in perimeter know there , makes me feel uncomfortable bare in front of anyone.

start swimming preventing me doing so.
iv looked @ swimming costumes legs (which go 3inches below bum line) these cover except movement push leg material millimetre , u can see scare.
, costumes legs go knee bit long taste.

there other ways can hide scare, unaware of?
ie, decorative swimming bands legs?
or similar?
