running intel hd graphics on core i5-3330 @ 3.00ghz/3.20ghz 8gb of ram.

integrated chip job @ running games on low settings @ 720p such far cry 3 play epic game on @ least medium high settings possible upgrading graphics card or see processor hold back?

i've been doing alot of research on cards, i'm struggling when comes ati , nvidia price differences. budget ideally under £100, go £150 measure.
