What can I do if Im only hearing from one headphone?


whenever want listen music or go on skype (with headphones of course) im getting sound 1 headphone.. try moving headphone jack around , try hold @ spot.. still sound left ear.. have ear-buds , same thing.. ive tried both headphones on phone, laptop , ds.. can do??
