Ball Python won't shed his skin.?


ball python, pancakes, won't shed skin. he's been in "shed mode" 2 , half weeks now, , it's never taken him long shed. everything's cleared in eyes , whatnot , can tell skin ready come off, won't rub against this.
i'm thinking it's because it's winter , wants stay on heating pad , not anything, don't know.
