How can I get scouted for the NHL?


i'm 14 years old , live 25 minutes raleigh, nc. i'm 5' 8, weigh 173 lbs, , play defense. play on junior b team, guess pretty low. high school has no hockey team , parents wont pay aa , wont let me try out whl, qmjhl, or ohl option, really, college. if has advice or ideas, awesome. thanks.
