I keep throwing up (even water) and Im so thirsty! PLEASE HELP ME!!!?


first off, happy new years :)
ive been throwing since 7 pm last night... few hours after cheeseburger , fries :(
threw drink water throw too!!! water , yellow stuff :(
ever stopped when didnt drink water im soooo thirsty , dehydrated!!! , idk if should keep drinking water throw , rid of maybe? or drink nothing , ok
please have gone through this! appreciated
