Attention Small Biz Owners...How do you handle off tills?


have pos @ shop, have 1 particular employee whos till off. employee frustrated , off on till. goes through , cannot figure out discrepancy, , neither can myself or manager. possibilities of happening? swears , down , encourages me watch suirvelliance not stealing. so, other issues happening? if cannot down, professional actions suggest take? in ak, cannot make them pay till. want accuracy , pos supposed of this, operator error, cannot locate it. thank you! ;)
