Question aout gb storage and ipods?

want ipod touch 5g , come in 2 sizes: 32 & 64 gb.... plan on taking lots of pictures, however, load many of them onto computer. want lots of apps if bored them have no problem deleting them (free apps). have 500 songs , adding more slowly. 1 should get? btw theres 100 dollar difference double storage.
