Why US is unable to build high speed rails?


many european , southeast asian countries constructing high speed railways, united state still using old trains.if not wrong, there 1 high speed rail line in us, boston washington dc. of constructions expected completed in 2028 , others in 2040, china completed 5000 miles highspeed rail way within 6 years. though there federal , state efforts construct it, reason construction has been delayed or cancelled.
