If there was ONE thing at your AFL Club that you could change for 2013, what would it be ?

awe lewis, crack me up.... count number of "amusings" have given , maybe you'll realise give thumbs down. you'll note have not answered q's either quite while. because have answered them many times before on past 3 years many others on here have. i'll remain code positive , club neutral , i'll have great day !
