have had cost of return postage - nothing in return - inconvenience of packing it, maybe having buy tape etc. , ability return may legal right, not favour, or example of unusually behaviour. , lose of time taking post office. and, in theory, had take risk, trader crook.

trader may or may not know products being sold. me, trader not know product less anyway.
