When did you give blood for the first time in your life?

remember when gave blood first time? do. going @ school, there said chose poor time , advised me go @ american red cross instead, scheduled appointment blood donation there 2 days later. after finding out saved 3 lives donation, didn't think have desire ever again, when found out january (and still is) blood donor month 7 years later, decided worth doing again because people in world need blood time. on, started giving blood every often.
