How safe is it to buy a used phone from olx advertisements in Mumbai..?


not safe. people cheat. know cannot go police, because 'expenses' incur in police , court process more cost of goods. why bother?
if can prove case, item lying around police station collecting dust several months or years 'evidence' , time it have lost utility.
wiser , easier go mobile phone shop , buy used phone shop keeper advise correctly , might not cheat fear of , friends boycotting shop (unless live in small village there no mobile phone sellers).
