Is my CPA billing me fairly?


hired new cpa last year both our personal , business taxes our s-corp business (website design). wondering if fees charges standard or high? billed $1200 our corporate taxes reduced $800 (-$400 professional courtesy). personal taxes $500. charges $250 per hour meeting had throughout year. got bill state didn't know (thought had been paid) , charged me $49 answer question through email. sound normal? complained email charge , took off bill. have additional questions regarding set of 401k , payroll questions fear charge me answer them. should find new cpa?
