100% trustworthy when sending cash. money there. however, can not money after claimed no matter what. if think sending money stranded cousin , later find out got scammed pretending her, out of luck. can't back. money can claimed @ western union outlet. not "sent" specific location.

send money people know. has mtcn number (or sender's first , last names) , answer security question can claim money if not have id.
