Is it okay to give your teacher constructive criticism?


1 of teachers nice person, not teacher. take tests , never go on them, , activities busy work. give lectures, aren't helpful. doesn't make own powerpoints; uses ones textbook. make couple suggestions things in class, such going on tests , giving correct answers study (this benefit everyone), don't want rude it. know people don't handle criticism well, , i'm not sure if she's 1 of people. okay make suggestion?
