How can I encourage my 11 year old son to play soccer better?


son loves play soccer , has talent make it. has been told coaches , knows has talent.but hasn't been playing used , how can encourage him play way used play.also because putting pressure on him , better if stayed in car during practice , games doesn't feel pressured?
