Is Mexico safe for tourists?

i'm thinking of going vacation (away finland's cold winter) when watching mexican video heard gunshots sounded shot in nearby place? there lots of guns / criminals in mexico or coincidence?

have never heard gunshot in real life scared in mexico if there's lots of guns.

I'm starting to collect records. What should I store them in?

i've started collecting vinyl records. have 40 right asked more christmas. want shelf or can put them on.
