traveler's cheques thing of past. no 1 wants cash them , if do, charge high exchange rate. last time bought tcs, bank had order them. cities once had numerous places cash tc have no local offices (amex closed 90%). so, money belt , carry cash in event can't find atm. carry debit card common symbol (like cirrus). regular credit cards fine if want expense of high rates.
