Black Ops 2 Team Kill rules?


ok heres basis of question, in black ops 2 ive been both victim of team kills , perpetrator (some on purpose accidents) severall times ive had 5 team kills whilst controlling vtol without being kicked etc , others taken 1 team kill before im kicked. annoying when hving game , mate comes round corner spraying , u panic fire. help
