How to not be scared of a plane?


i'm flying out in 5 hours fl va. i've never flown , im extremely scared. know planes safest way travel , such. i'm not scared of crashing or dying part.... don't acceleration , heights. when plane on runway , takes off, i'm terrified of , going up. hate going fast, im 19, , i'm not fast driver in car. i'm more terrified of take off anything.

should anxiety / motion sickness pills... got pack of gum.... 1 hour flight said take off i'm terrified of.

roller coaster in way? ive been on 10 coasters, im terrified of them, enjoy them when off.
