Is a I7 processor good for gaming?

yes,however not required since core i5 prefered gamers due performance , price .... , allthough core i7 has more power , higher cache unless running video editing programs gaming core i5 suffice
theres 3 types of pc enthusiasts in world .. theres ones myself have limited budget , extensive research find best deal , performance ... , theres guy saves hard buy best components while sacrificing many nights @ pub
, theres worst type have ask rich parents , £5000 pc @ click of finger ... these guys probally dont understand how powerful pc , more excited price
should consider amd processors .. granted bulldozer bit of letdown,however latest piledriver cpu,s high clock speeds , healthy cache .... 8 cores running @ 4ghz nothing sneezed @
in summary core i7 outstanding peice of engineering , run game or program care throw @ .... when using such premium components core i7 need make sure dont bottleneck system using slower memory or graphic cards... pc balanced components .... if means using core i5 can better graphics card thats better route ....
