Why am I constantly having bad dreams?


every night past month i've been having bad or disturbing dreams. last night dreamed old music teacher failed me dance did, , made fun of me , stole house. or past weekend dreams searching "real" mother, though i'm blood mother. while searching got shot , died. experienced death. world started spinning , didn't want fight laid down. weird dreams that.

i'm not particularly stressed new, , big finals over. wonder if it's linked sudden urges cry randomly. started happening recently. can happy, , boom, want cry. can please explain why happening me?
