Can I use telekinesis?

if want learn should practice 15-20 minutes day, first light object such pen,pencil,or if have needle eraser , paper or tin foil psi wheel. once you've found light object put in front of , put hands on each side of object, close eyes , imagine object moving away or towards you, if concentrate on levitating, hope helpful. let force young jedi.

i have been looking psychic stuff , wanted find out if have telekinesis. have read many different theories on how telekinesis works or psychic ability. if have telekinesis, there way find out without using it?
