Can a 2-week old Budgie chick eat by itself if it's hungry if I put food beside it?


no no can not eat it's self still needs feeding parents,or if hand feeding or competent person knowledge of hand feeding.putting water beside make no difference end getting wet , catching cold unable dry it's self.or drowning if water in bowl.
