tax payers clear tax cut under boehners plan making between $250,000 , $1 million. tax policy center pointed out plan b had 2 parts - raising taxes on high earners , eliminating deductions low earners. plan raises tax rate making $1 million or more 39.6%. raise capital gains , dividend tax rates earners 20% 15 %. plan b have eliminated child tax credit, earned income tax credit among others.

when republicans going realize elected officials don't care middle class @ all.
