getting muscles six-pack pretty easy, if can knock out 40 sit-ups comfortably should there.

challenge keep body fat low enough muscles show. in view best way deal build muscle mass (on body parts) increase metabolism, eat healthily , cut down on beers.

honest, having 1 isn't big deal. unless want walk around town top off (and sign around neck saying "please god let girl @ me i'm desperate attention"), girl find out you've got 1 when you've hooked up. , girlfriend doesn't seem care anyway :0(

well im in army , fit no 6 pack!, ive git 3 weeks off camp im gonna concentrate on abs!, know of 6 pack challenges can thrash myself :)?
