GTX 680 or GTX 660 ti (2-way SLI)?


since i'm not @ things need someone's opinion on better , more "future proof" 2 gtx 660 ti's or 1 gtx 680. plan use these gaming @ highest quality 1920x1280 resolution games bf3, crysis 3 (when comes out), farcry 3 , on. need 2 monitors use 2 graphics cards or can use 1 monitor benefits of having 2 i.e increased performance?
