i'm small town in west virginia , many people in area seem think la dangerous walking out door playing russian roulette. having never been farther west indiana, wouldn't know. i'm curious because i'm taking trip out northwest , sort of see city, need know expect. know there's quite bit of gang activity, common knowledge, assumed in lower-income areas.
